About The Role
Local Culture is looking for an organized, creative, and client-focused Account Manager to lead the execution of marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing the day-to-day execution of social media management, influencer marketing campaigns, content production, and other marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with our sales team, content creators, influencers, and leadership to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy, and with measurable results.
This position reports directly to the Agency Director and collaborates daily with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Lead client onboarding and ensure a seamless launch of all marketing campaigns.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication from kickoff through reporting.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate across sales, creative, influencers, content creators, and leadership to ensure campaigns stay on track.
Maintain accurate project documentation and client records.
Analyze campaign performance and present actionable reports and insights.
Collaborate across multiple markets and internal teams to ensure consistent execution.
Social Media Management
Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Develop social media strategies tailored to each client's goals.
Plan content calendars and oversee content publishing.
Lead client onboarding for social media services.
Capture and direct content during on-site photoshoots and video shoots.
Communicate professionally with clients to gather content, approvals, and feedback.
Create engaging social content, including Reels and short-form video.
Utilize Canva, CapCut, InShot, and other creative tools to produce high-quality content.
Train and collaborate with freelance content creators to ensure consistent brand standards.
Campaign Performance
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Track KPIs across social media and influencer campaigns.
Prepare monthly reporting and present campaign results to clients.
Recommend improvements based on analytics and platform trends.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is equal parts organized, strategic, and creative.
Required
2+ years of agency experience or a similar client-facing marketing role
Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leading client meetings and presentations
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar content creation tools
Experience analyzing campaign performance and reporting on results
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of client service
Preferred
Meta Certified Professional
Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns
Familiarity with project management and CRM platforms
Compensation
$55,000 base salary + performance incentives
