Who we’re looking for:
As the Account Manager at Local Culture, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients' marketing campaigns. This multifaceted role combines social media expertise and client management responsibilities to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies.
The Account Manager is responsible for the onboarding, coordination, and implementation of all client campaigns, specializing in social media management. Working closely in partnership with the internal business leads ensures the onboarding, optimizations, and reporting of each campaign.
The Account Manager will work alongside the Social Media Director and the Client Success Manager, but will have daily interaction with, and receive direction from, multiple stakeholders.
While the Local Culture office in Orlando is remote, this position is based in Orlando because of regular local, in-person client meetings and content shoots. Please do not apply if you are not based in Orlando or surrounding areas.

Role Description & Responsibilities:
Client Management & Communication
Work closely with the social media content creators, sales teams, and management to ensure the successful execution of social client campaigns from start to finish.
Communicate effectively with the team on the status of client campaigns and maintain records of ongoing projects and past project details.
Analyze data and create reports to track and measure campaign performance.
Act as a liaison with multiple markets, teams, and social media content creators to execute campaigns and deliver timely responses and deliverables.
Social Media Expertise
Demonstrate proficiency in managing social media accounts for businesses, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Perform social media onboarding of new clients
Create engaging and innovative content, including Reels, and develop effective social media strategies for brands.
Master content creation photoshoots and content captures
Communicate directly with clients when gathering social media content in a professional, organized manner
Utilize tools such as Canva, Capcut, and inShot to produce high-quality content.
Train and liaise with content creators to ensure high-quality content and production
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years agency experience or relevant experience in a similar role
Demonstrating a self-starter attitude and a high level of organization
Proficiency in client-facing interactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently lead meetings
Deductive reasoning skills to determine the best course of action for clients
Independence and the ability to work efficiently to meet client demands
Strong social media skills with expertise in Instagram and Facebook, and TikTok
Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, and inShot
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage social media accounts.
Preferred: Meta Certification

Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus incentives
